KOMUNIKAT dot. formalności związanych z zaliczeniem roku/ NOTICE about completing the year

Szanowni Studenci!

W związku z końcem roku akademickiego 2019/2020 analizujemy Państwa zaliczenia. Jeśli nie udało się Państwu dopełnić wszystkich formalności związanych z zaliczeniem roku, podpowiadamy jakie należy poczynić kroki.

 W przypadku braku zaliczeń studenci, którzy rozpoczynali studia w październiku

• powinni złożyć elektronicznie deklarację wpisu warunkowego, wpisując wszystkie niezaliczone przedmioty.

 W przypadku braku zaliczeń studenci, którzy rozpoczynali studia w marcu

• mają możliwość zaliczeń w ramach rocznej sesji zaliczeniowej (tzw. sesji ciągłej).

 W przypadku upływu terminu ukończenia studiów:

• studenci, którzy posiadają wszystkie zaliczenia i napisaną pracę dyplomową, powinni wgrać pracę i zadbać o jej akceptację przez promotora w iSAPS oraz wysłać na e-mail dziekanat@byd.pl: stronę tytułową pracy, skan raportu antyplagiatowego, oświadczenie woli autora oraz oświadczenie o terminie egzaminu dyplomowego, 

• studenci, którzy nie posiadają wszystkich zaliczeń lub nie mają napisanej pracy dyplomowej powinni złożyć elektronicznie deklarację przesunięcia planowego terminu ukończenia studiów na adres dziekanat@byd.pl.

Jeśli nie dopełnili Państwo wyżej wymienionych formalności, to od 1 października 2020 r. został nadany Państwu  status "procedura skreślenia". Jest to informacja, że w dalszym ciągu zachowujecie Państwo status i prawa studenta, ale mają Państwo nadal zaległości w zaliczeniach, bądź upłynął termin ukończenia studiów i w przypadku niedopełnienia powyższych formalności kolejnym krokiem będzie skreślenie z listy studentów. Prosimy o pilny kontakt mailowy z właściwym Dziekanatem. Wszelkie dokumenty prosimy przesyłać na adres e-mail: dziekanat@byd.pl w Bydgoszczy lub adres właściwego dziekanatu w Filiach Zamiejscowych.

Dear students!

Due to the end of the 2019/2020 academic year, we analyze your credits. If you have not been able to complete all the formalities related to completing the year, we suggest what steps should be taken. In the absence of credits, students who started their studies in October

• should submit an electronic declaration of conditional enrollment, entering all failed subjects. In the absence of credits, students who started their studies in March

 • have the opportunity to obtain credits as part of an annual credit session (the so-called continuous session). In the event of the expiry of the graduation period:

 • students who have all the credits and a written diploma thesis should upload the thesis and have it approved by the supervisor at iSAPS and send to the e-mail Dziekanat@byd.pl: the title page, scan of the anti-plagiarism report, the author's declaration of will and a declaration of the date of the diploma examination

, • students who do not have all credits or do not have a written diploma thesis should submit electronically a declaration of postponing the planned date of graduation to the address Dziekanat@byd.pl.

If you have not complied with the above-mentioned formalities, from October 1, 2020, you have been granted the status of "deletion procedure". This is information that you still retain the status and rights of a student, but you still have arrears in obtaining credits, or the deadline for graduation has expired and in the event of failure to comply with the above formalities, the next step will be to be struck off the list of students. Please contact the relevant Dean's Office as a matter of urgency.
